- Start by boiling 1/2 cup of water in a small saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and whisk in the strawberry-flavored Jello powder until fully dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool slightly for about 10 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Pour the cooled Jello mixture over the cream cheese and beat until smooth and creamy for 2-3 minutes.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip or whipped topping into the cream cheese and Jello mixture until combined without deflating it.
- Carefully pour the fluffy filling into your prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly across the crust.
- Place the Strawberry Cream Cheese Jello Pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2-3 hours until set.
