Preparation Steps
  1. Start by boiling 1/2 cup of water in a small saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and whisk in the strawberry-flavored Jello powder until fully dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool slightly for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Pour the cooled Jello mixture over the cream cheese and beat until smooth and creamy for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip or whipped topping into the cream cheese and Jello mixture until combined without deflating it.
  4. Carefully pour the fluffy filling into your prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly across the crust.
  5. Place the Strawberry Cream Cheese Jello Pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2-3 hours until set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with optional whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Slice and serve chilled.
