Step-by-Step Instructions for Mochi Cinnamon Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together glutinous rice flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- In a medium saucepan, gently heat milk and unsalted butter until the butter has melted and the mixture is steaming.
- Pour the hot milk and butter mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir gently until resembling small pebbles.
- Incorporate one beaten egg into the dough mixture until a cohesive dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a rectangular block and roll out to a 6"x10" rectangle.
