- Combine warm water and active dry yeast in a mixing bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
- Add warm milk, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and a large egg. Whisk until smooth, then stir in all-purpose flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm area for about 10 minutes.
- Mix granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl for the filling.
