Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Slice in half for enhanced flavor, if desired. Optionally, roast them in olive oil at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the mozzarella balls and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. Assemble the bites by skewering a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Drizzle the assembled bites with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate the bites for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
