Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat for about 4 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with smoked paprika, oregano, parsley, chili flakes, salt, and rub in olive oil.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the salmon skin-side up for about 4 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon to skin-side down, reduce heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Add rice, chickpeas, tomatoes, olives, and lemon juice to the skillet; stir and reheat for 3 minutes.
  6. Mix feta with olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano in a bowl; gently coat the feta.
  7. Stir half of the feta into the skillet, place salmon on top, warm briefly, and top with remaining feta and oregano.
