Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and salt into the melted butter.
  4. Press the remaining mixture into the prepared pan to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Prepare the mango filling by combining chopped mango, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and corn starch.
  6. Spread the mango filling over the baked crust and top with crumble mixture.
  7. Bake for another 50 minutes until edges are set and topping is golden.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before lifting, slicing, and serving.
