Step-by-Step Instructions for Lucky Charms Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, combine softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until pale and fluffy.
- Add the large egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture. Mix on low speed until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of the Lucky Charms marshmallows using a spatula.
