- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers, sauté for 5-6 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add 2 lbs of ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and brown for 7-8 minutes, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 8 oz of cream cheese until melted and well mixed.
- Transfer the beef mixture into the baking dish, layer with provolone cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
