Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather all ingredients.
- Wash and dice 2–3 Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes into ¾-inch cubes.

- Spread seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While potatoes are roasting, brown 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

- Spoon cooked ground beef or seasoned black beans over the melted cheese.
