Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add cauliflower and broccoli, and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender; then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold the cooked vegetables into the cheese mixture, then add crumbled bacon and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and optional panko breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly; allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
