Method
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add cauliflower and broccoli, and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender; then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold the cooked vegetables into the cheese mixture, then add crumbled bacon and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and optional panko breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly; allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
