Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of ice water for 5–10 minutes until floppy and translucent. Squeeze excess water and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the cold whipping cream and powdered sugar on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix the thick plain yogurt into the whipped cream until smooth. Dissolve softened gelatin in hot milk, cool slightly, and fold it into the yogurt and cream mixture.
  4. Combine 200g of base mousse with 180g of strawberry sauce until smooth for the strawberry layer.
  5. Divide the strawberry mousse mixture among serving cups and chill for at least 1 hour.
  6. Once set, pour remaining base mousse on top, spread evenly, and refrigerate for another hour.
  7. Drizzle additional strawberry sauce over each mousse cup and chill for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh strawberries just before serving.
