- Soak the gelatin sheets in a bowl of ice water for 5–10 minutes until floppy and translucent. Squeeze excess water and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whip the cold whipping cream and powdered sugar on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until soft peaks form.
- Mix the thick plain yogurt into the whipped cream until smooth. Dissolve softened gelatin in hot milk, cool slightly, and fold it into the yogurt and cream mixture.
- Combine 200g of base mousse with 180g of strawberry sauce until smooth for the strawberry layer.
- Divide the strawberry mousse mixture among serving cups and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Once set, pour remaining base mousse on top, spread evenly, and refrigerate for another hour.
- Drizzle additional strawberry sauce over each mousse cup and chill for an additional 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries just before serving.
