Method
 

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the shrimp, remove tails, and pat dry. Toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Boil salted water, cook pasta for 8-10 minutes, drain, and reserve pasta water.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté the shrimp until opaque and pink. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 2-3 minutes, add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and sautéed shrimp with spinach and garlic. Add lemon juice and zest, mixing gently.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, season to taste, and serve with grated parmesan if desired.
