Method
 

Instructions

  3. Scatter about 1 cup of blueberries over the ricotta, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Drizzle approximately 1/2 teaspoon of honey over each slice and zest a lemon over the toast.
  5. Serve immediately, either whole or cut in half.
