  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions, shaping each into a patty about ¾ inch thick with a slight indentation.
  3. Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the patties on the grill or skillet, cooking for 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
