Method

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the sticky rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. Prepare the broccoli by chopping it into small florets. Steam for about 3–4 minutes until vibrant green and tender, or sauté in olive oil.
  3. Slice the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and oregano.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken strips and sauté for about 7–10 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, minced garlic, and arrowroot powder. Add to cooked chicken and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Prepare the spicy mayo by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha, and a splash of water. Adjust sriracha for spice preference.
  7. Assemble bowls with a scoop of sticky rice, topped with chicken and sauce, broccoli, and finished with a drizzle of spicy mayo.
