  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut or shredded coconut as alternative
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup or honey/agave syrup as substitutes
For the Raspberry Core
  • 12-15 pieces Fresh Raspberries use frozen if fresh are unavailable
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 200 grams Dark Chocolate (80%) or vegan chocolate for dairy-free option
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk any alternative milk can also work

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, vanilla protein powder, desiccated coconut, and maple syrup. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Take small portions of the dough, flatten them, place a fresh raspberry in the center, and mold the dough around it.
  3. Transfer the bliss balls to the freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm them up.
  4. Melt dark chocolate and coconut milk over low heat until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the chocolate ganache, then roll in extra desiccated coconut. Place back on parchment to set.
  6. Allow the balls to set at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
