  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated is ideal.

Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and a light dusting of cornmeal.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a rectangle measuring approximately 4x6 inches.
  3. Place a stick of shredded mozzarella cheese at one end of each rectangle and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  4. Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  6. While baking, melt unsalted butter and combine with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the garlic butter over the warm cheese sticks after baking and sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  8. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
