Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in red pepper flakes for 5 minutes.
  2. Spread infused butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. In a skillet, heat over medium and place one slice of bread, butter-side down.
  4. Layer goat cheese, cheddar, and drizzle honey over the cheese.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side facing out, and press down.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
  7. Remove, drizzle with honey, sprinkle more red pepper flakes, slice, and enjoy!
