Preparation
  1. Begin by draining the fresh lump crab meat thoroughly using a mesh strainer. Pat it dry gently with paper towels to avoid excess moisture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crab meat with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Add finely chopped celery and chives, followed by Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
  3. Take your brioche hot dog rolls and slice them open along one side. Generously spoon the crab mixture into each roll.
  4. Garnish with additional chopped chives and fresh dill if desired. Serve the Easy Crab Rolls on a platter.
