Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients for the Bailey's Balls. Prepare your workspace by cleaning it and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder until evenly combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and Bailey's Irish Cream. Stir until well blended.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, folding gently with a spatula until just combined.
  5. Using your hands, scoop out a small amount of dough and roll it into a ball about the size of a tablespoon. Place each ball onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  8. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated, then place back on the baking sheet.
  9. Transfer the coated balls to the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to let the chocolate set.
