Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta shells by bringing a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta shells and cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce by melting butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour, and add heavy cream, milk, and white wine. Cook until sauce thickens.
  3. Cook the seafood in the same skillet with the sauce. Add chopped shrimp and lobster, cooking for 4–5 minutes until just cooked through. Set aside to cool.
  4. Make the filling by combining cream cheese, cooked seafood, crab meat, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings in a mixing bowl. Mix until creamy.
  5. Assemble the dish by preheating oven to 350°F. Spread sauce in a baking dish, stuff each shell with filling, and pour remaining sauce over them. Top with more mozzarella.
  6. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Let rest before serving.
