For the Zesty Kick
  • 1/3 cup Pepperoncini, sliced Delivers tang and slight heat.
  • 1/3 cup Pickled Hot Cherry Peppers, sliced Adds an extra layer of spiciness.
For the Topping
  • 1/4 cup Salted Butter, melted Dairy-free alternatives work well too.
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Feel free to substitute with oregano or basil.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed Fresh garlic is always a winner.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, and layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly.
  3. Add the provolone cheese, followed by the sliced pepperoncini and cherry peppers.
  4. Melt the salted butter and mix it with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic until combined.
  5. Brush the melted butter mixture generously over the top half of the rolls.
  6. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and slice into individual portions.
