- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, and layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly.
- Add the provolone cheese, followed by the sliced pepperoncini and cherry peppers.
- Melt the salted butter and mix it with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic until combined.
- Brush the melted butter mixture generously over the top half of the rolls.
- Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and slice into individual portions.
