  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Eggs Room temperature
For the Cheese
  • 12 sticks Mozzarella String Cheese Cut in half
For Serving
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley Optional garnish
  • 1 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing For dipping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut each mozzarella string cheese stick in half to yield 24 smaller sticks.
  2. In a food processor, finely crush the Flamin' Hot Cheetos until they are powdery. In separate bowls, mix flour, salt, and garlic powder. Beat the eggs until smooth.
  3. Coat each mozzarella stick in the flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in crushed Cheetos.
  4. Freeze the coated sticks on a lined baking tray for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C) and fry the cheese sticks for 2-3 minutes until golden, or air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
