  3. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Pour about 4 tablespoons of cooled fruit syrup into each prepared glass.
  5. Top each glass with club soda or carbonated water, filling until about ¾ full, and stir gently.
  6. Add a splash of cream to each glass and serve immediately with colorful straws.
