Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Add warm water, warm honey, and olive oil into the dry mixture and stir until a rough dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place kneaded dough in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap and let rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Gently deflate the dough, divide it into two pieces, and shape into loaves.
  6. Transfer shaped loaves onto a baking sheet, and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F, score the tops of the loaves, and bake for about 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
