  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste as needed.

For Assembly
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce Both store-bought and homemade options are great.
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Try a blend of mozzarella and provolone for extra zip.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and cool.
  3. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked beef with ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Stuff each shell with the beef filling and arrange in the baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining marinara sauce over stuffed shells and top with mozzarella.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  9. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
