- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and cool.
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet for 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the cooked beef with ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Stuff each shell with the beef filling and arrange in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over stuffed shells and top with mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
