Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and gather your equipment.
  2. In your blender, combine oats, apple cubes, honey (or brown sugar), vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Add yogurt, eggs, and melted butter (or coconut oil) to the mixture and blend until smooth.

  4. Line your small baking pan with parchment paper and pour the prepared cake batter into the pan.
