Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Trim the ends off the zucchinis and slice lengthwise into 1/2-inch pieces. Sprinkle salt on both sides and let rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Pat each slice dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). Brush both sides of zucchini slices with oil.
  4. Place zucchini slices on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Transfer grilled zucchini to a serving plate, top with crumbled goat cheese, and add fresh basil.
  6. Drizzle honey over the dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately while warm.
