For the Wrap
  • 4 pieces Tortillas Soft flour or whole wheat
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Chopped, can substitute with baby spinach
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing Lighter or dairy-free versions recommended
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, nutritional yeast as dairy-free alternative
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits Can be omitted for a lighter wrap
  • 1/2 cup Croutons Use gluten-free if needed

Method
 

Prepare the Shrimp
  1. Marinate the shrimp for 15 minutes, then grill on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway.
Warm the Tortillas

Assemble the Wraps
  1. On each tortilla, layer chopped romaine, grilled shrimp, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
Add Optional Toppings
  1. Add crispy bacon bits and crunchy croutons if using, then customize with other favorite ingredients.
Wrap and Serve
  1. Fold the tortilla into a wrap and slice diagonally to serve immediately.
