  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated; consider nutritional yeast for dairy-free
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is best

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (around 400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Grill seasoned chicken bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to 165°F.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes while stirring until thickened.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and combined.
  7. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, and combine with grilled chicken bites or drizzle over.
  8. Serve on a platter, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
