- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Flatten each cookie mound to about ½ inch thick for even baking.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
