Cooking Steps
- Boil a large pot of salted water, add tortellini and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes for fresh, 7-10 minutes for frozen). Drain and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, sear for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove steak from skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, lower heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and add Parmesan cheese, stir well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add drained tortellini and sliced steak to the skillet, toss gently for about 2 minutes.
- Plate Garlic Steak Tortellini, garnish with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs.

This dish can easily be made vegetarian or gluten-free by swapping out the steak for sautéed mushrooms and using gluten-free tortellini.
