Preparation Steps
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat and season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
- Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the beef to a mixing bowl and add the shredded cheese and any optional add-ins. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface until 1/4 inch thick. Cut out 10 cm circles.
- Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of filling into each dough circle. Pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking tray.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush over the bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Once baked, brush with any remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
