Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes. Slice them uniformly into 1/8-inch thick rounds without cutting all the way through to create an accordion effect.
  3. Melt about 4 tablespoons of butter and mix with minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Brush the butter-garlic-Parmesan mixture between the potato slices and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, then rotate the pan and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
