Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips over low heat. Stir constantly for about 5 minutes or until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  2. Once the white chocolate is melted, add the sweetened condensed milk and unsalted butter to the saucepan. Stir vigorously for another 3-4 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract, salt, and cotton candy flavoring syrup. Stir well for about 1 minute until evenly distributed.
  4. Divide the fudge mixture between two bowls. Add blue gel food coloring to one bowl and pink to the other. Stir each bowl gently for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour half of the blue fudge mixture into a lined 8x8-inch baking dish, followed by the pink mixture, then the remaining blue. Use a toothpick to swirl them for a fun design.
  6. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let the fudge chill for about 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, remove from the baking dish and cut into 1-inch squares for serving. Optional: sprinkle with edible glitter or stars.
