Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips into the mixture.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out mounds of the yogurt mixture and place them on the lined sheet about 1 inch apart.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for at least 2 hours.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the bites into an airtight container or zip-top bag for storage.
