Cottage Cheese Flatbread Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and garlic powder. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy without lumps.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spritz with non-stick spray. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly into a rectangular shape. Bake for around 30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
