Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Warm milk, butter, and sugar until melted but not boiling. Combine flour, yeast, and salt. Mix in the warm milk mixture and mashed banana to form a rough dough.
  2. Knead dough in a stand mixer for about 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Grease a bowl, place dough inside, cover, and let rise for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
Filling and Cutting
  1. Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, then sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and sliced bananas.
  2. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal slices.
Rising and Baking
  1. Place cut rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F and pour heavy cream over the rolls. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Frosting and Serving
  1. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  2. Frost warm rolls after baking and let them cool slightly before serving.
