  • 1 cup Beef Broth Can substitute with chicken broth or water.
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar White vinegar works as a substitute.
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Use your favorite store-bought or homemade sauce.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Maple syrup can be a good substitute.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can act as an alternative.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Ribs: Pat the beef back ribs dry and remove the silverskin using a sharp knife.
  2. Make Spice Rub: Combine all spice rub ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
  3. Season Ribs: Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and apply the spice mix evenly.
  4. Optional Searing: Sear ribs in Instant Pot on sauté mode for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Deglaze: Add beef broth and apple cider vinegar, scraping up browned bits.
  6. Pressure Cook: Place ribs upright, secure the lid, and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
  7. Make Glaze: Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  8. Glaze & Broil: Transfer ribs to a baking sheet, coat with glaze, and broil for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve: Let ribs rest, then cut into portions and enjoy with extra glaze.
