Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Filet-O-Fish Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. Place your breaded fish burgers or filets on one of the lined sheet pans and bake according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet relish, lemon juice, and dried dill. Stir until creamy and let chill in the refrigerator while the fish cooks.
  4. Arrange the slider buns on the second lined pan and brush the tops with melted butter. Place them in the oven for 2-3 minutes until warm and slightly toasted.
  5. Slice the buns in half, place a slice of cheese on the bottom half, then add the crispy fish burger. Spread a dollop of tartar sauce on top, and place the top buns back on.
  6. If desired, slice the assembled sliders in half. Serve warm, optionally with a fresh salad or crispy fries.
