- Preheat your oven to 450°F (or higher if using a pizza stone) for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a silicone mat or parchment paper to about ¼ inch thin.
- Spread a thin layer of fig preserves over the rolled-out dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
