- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Add chicken and toss well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil. Sear marinated chicken for 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In another saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, season, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- In a pot, boil water and add ramen noodles. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender, then drain and toss with sesame oil.
- To assemble, divide noodles into bowls, ladle sauce over, and top with chicken, green onions, and optional carrots. Add an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds and nori.
