Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of Chex cereal, 2 cups of pretzels, and 2 cups of popcorn. Toss gently until well mixed.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter over low heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of seasoned salt until dissolved.
  4. Pour the melted butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  6. Immediately after baking, toss in 1 cup of red, white, and blue chocolate candies while the mix is warm.
