- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a pizza stone inside if you have one.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard, all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and olive oil.
- Gradually add water a little at a time, mixing until a soft, slightly tacky dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Place the rolled-out dough on parchment paper and brush a light layer of olive oil over the surface.
- Add your favorite toppings, starting with tomato sauce and cheese, then any additional toppings.
- Transfer the pizza (with parchment) to the heated pizza stone and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
