Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (or set your air fryer to 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Set aside.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and gently separate each piece. Flatten each piece slightly to create a round base.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
- Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside and roll each filled dough into a ball shape.
- Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the melted butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until they bubble up and turn golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly on a wire rack and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes
Seal the edges tightly to avoid leaks during baking. Customize fillings to cater to different tastes. You can assemble these ahead of time and freeze them for easy snacks later.
