  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Substitute with tamari for gluten-free.
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar Apple cider vinegar can be a substitute.
  • to taste Sriracha Adjust based on your taste.
For Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped finely for topping.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Toast for more depth.
  • to taste Cilantro Use generously if you love it!
  • 2 tablespoons Crushed Peanuts For added texture.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the oils in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Sauté the diced onion for 2–3 minutes until it becomes translucent.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate the ground meat and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  5. Mix in the coleslaw mix and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly wilted.
  6. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha; stir for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  8. Serve warm topped with green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro, or peanuts.
