Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a large sheet pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
  2. Place the halved baby potatoes on one-third of the sheet pan, and nestle the trimmed green beans adjacent to them.
  3. Drizzle the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, then add minced garlic, fresh thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. On the remaining portion of the sheet pan, arrange the layers of sliced boneless ham and well-drained canned pineapple rings.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard over medium heat. Allow it to thicken for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Brush the prepared glaze generously over the ham and pineapple rings.
  7. Carefully place the sheet pan into the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
