Preparation Steps

  3. Warm your whole wheat tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to prevent cracking.
  4. Spoon about ¼ cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Roll them tightly.
  5. Whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, and olive oil until smooth. Adjust consistency if necessary.
  6. Pour the creamy white sauce over the rolled enchiladas and sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
