Step-by-Step Instructions for Deviled Strawberries
- Wash strawberries thoroughly, pat dry, cut off stems, and slice each in half. Hollow out the center of each half.
- In a medium bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe into each strawberry half.
