Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Sago: Boil 4 cups of water, add 1 cup of sago pearls, cook for about 15 minutes until translucent, then drain.
  2. Cool the Sago: Rinse sago pearls under cold water, soak in cold water for 5 minutes to prevent sticking.
  3. Blend the Mangos: Dice 2 ripe mangos, blend with 1 cup of evaporated milk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix sago, remaining diced mango, optional ingredients, pour in blended mango mixture, 1 cup coconut milk, and condensed milk, mix well.
  5. Chill & Serve: Transfer to cups or bowls, chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice or with mango pieces.
